What’s your cancellation policy?
You’ll get 100% refund if you cancel 30 days prior to check-in; 50% refund if you’re in between 15 to 29 days prior to check-in; and there is no refund for cancellations less than 15 days prior to check-in.
What’s your pet policy?
As much as we love our fur babies, we don’t allow any pets at our homes.
What’s the check-in and check-out process?
Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. If you want to check-in early, please ask (but there are no guarantees).
You’ll receive a door code for the home prior to check-in, and all other details will be sent to you before your stay.
What basic amenities do you provide?
Each of our homes comes with wifi, free parking, washer & dryer, fully-stocked kitchens, extra blankets and pillows, toiletries, high chairs, pack and plays, and more. If there’s anything extra you need, please let us know before you check-in.

We do sometimes! The best way to learn about discounts is to join our email list and be the first to know of special offers, discounts, and insider tips.
